I’m going to take a wild guess and say I’m 25% bf at 6’2” 238 lbs.

I know there is the thing that if you lose weight too quickly you start losing more muscle and less fat.

My question is:
Is there a bf% threshold where you don’t have to worry about this because you have so much reserve fat that you won’t lose muscle. Someone above 22% or 20% or 18%....
