cutting advice - lower cals or keep same?

hi guys

ive been cutting for 3 weeks now - probably around 14/15% bf. 26 Y/O 5 ft 11. all my weights are based on a 7 day average

end of bulk weight: 173.6lbs - eating 3,700 cals

I lowered calories to 2,950 at beginning of cut

end of week 1 cut weight: 171.7 (assuming some water weight loss)
end of week 2 cut weight: 170.4
end of week 3 cut weight: 170

should i lower my cals 100-200 or would you suggest waiting another week? if i should lower, what would you suggest?
