I've heard so many times over the internet and in the gym that the best way to finally look super lean after actually cutting is by manipulating water retention and sodium levels. I would like to get a thorough explanation to what it would look like in a diet(how much water to drink...). I am talking about the last stubborn plaque of thick skin non fatty texture of the abdomen for example and arms.does it actually help one get a more defined look.
