I’m 5’7, 17 years old, and started lifting about 7 months ago.
In the first 5-6 months, I went from 137 to 153 pounds, my biceps grew over an inch, and my bench went up from about 90 pounds to 145 pounds.
For the past 30 days or so, I haven’t gained any weight, and my lifts haven’t increased at all?? Do I need to eat more??? I’m already decently high in bf% (20-25) and am worried that I don’t have enough muscle to cut just yet
Routine:
Monday: 14 sets of back
Tuesday: rest
Wednesday: 12 sets of shoulders
Thursday: 8 sets for biceps, 8 for triceps
Friday: rest
Saturday: 6 sets for calves, 10 sets total for quads, hamstrings, and glutes
Sunday: 14 sets for chest
