Hello, its strange and i want to ask you, if you dont know the reason, why i feel more rested when sleep less. If i have next day off-work, then i sleep around 8-8,5 hours. When i sleep for 8-8,5 hours i feel sleepy and low energy after waking up. But when i go to work and i sleep less and waking up sooner (like 6-7 hours of sleep) then i feel like superman even in morning, and i feel also better for the rest of the day, i have much more energy. Dont you know why ?
