Need Help with eating more protein

I am currently 175cm(5 foot 7) and 90kg(198 lbs) im trying to eat around 200g protein per day and i cannot fit that much food into me.
I try not to eat more then 30g of protein per meal because of something I read about the body cant absorb more than 30g of protein per meal(am i wrong ? does the body absorb every gram of protein that you eat?)
Should i cut my carbs and up my protein so im not so full and can eat more protein ? If so how many grams of protein would you eat in a meal ?
Every time i eat a source of protein should i eat carbs with it ?(i heard its hard for the body to digest proteins without a source of carbs if im wrong please correct me again)
Any tips for making my goal of 200g's of protein easier to reach(as you can see below i am a far way off from 200g protein)

My current diet is. Roughly 138g Protein in total maybe a bit more

5:50am
Meal 1: 3eggs , 150g pasta , 20g olive oil (roughly 18g protein)

12:00pm
Meal 2: 150g chicken breast, 150g pasta , 20g olive oil (roughly 30g protein)

3:00pm
Meal 3: Mass Gainer protein shake(roughly 30g protein)

4:00pm
Meal 4: Quick Release Protein(roughly 30g protein)

8:00pm
Dinner: normally Uber eats

10:30
Meal 6: Mass Gainer protein shake (roughly 30g protein)

Any help would be much appropriated.
