I started off in January 2019 at 14 stone. I am now currently weighing 12 stone 4 lbs. I’ve been smashing it.
I am 5ft10 and 24 years old.
What would be the best way to start getting lean? I have some hip fat still which is annoying. How many calories would be best to eat? How many carbs? How much protein a day? Etc.
What would be the best way to go about it? If someone could help, that would be great.
My goal is to lose more fat around the belly and hip area, just want to see some definition.
