Hi all I'm starting a workout routine and I'm going all in and going to stick with it. I'm currently skinny fat at 6 foot 2 and 196lbs. I'm going to eat at maintenance or slightly above. I was wondering if you could help me estimate my calories needed. My exercise is going to consist of stronglifts 5x5 3 times a week. On top of this I walk the dog an hour a day at a brisk pace. I am thinking 3000 calories a day and 3200 calories on workout days. Does this sound like a good starting point? Thanks in advance
