Do you guys think protein timing is that important? Im currently taking in Protein as follows.
8:30am - 20 grams
11:00am - 20 grams
1:30pm - 20 grams
4:00pm - 20 grams
7:00pm - 60-90 grams
9:00pm - 20-25 grams
I think thats pretty good timing considering i can remain in a deficit and get as much as 200 grams of protein at 157 pounds.
