Has anybody here actually tried OMAD while bulking? I have been doing intermittent fasting for a while with an 8 hour window and yesterday i happened to watch alpha recent destiny's video on OMAD and it go me wondering about giving it ago, I am guessing its not going to be the most optimal and some may struggle to eat all of their calories in one sitting, but for me that won't be a problem at all. OMAD would suit my lifestyle perfectly i work 12 hour shifts at a very busy job with no set times for breaks it can make squeezing meals in inconvenient and unenjoyable, i also don't get hungry when i am working and staying busy. I am just worried how sub optimal it would be for gaining muscle? I know people are going to post and say its not optimal but can people quantify that in real terms? People said that IF is sub optimal but iv'e never noticed a difference in my rate of gains which tells me that the difference is very small and not noticeable, however going from an 8 hour IF window to a single meal is a significant difference.
