Sup bros, so considering what I do know, I seen a study a while back that Alan and a few others mentioned where meal timing means virtually very little at this point but... how about fasted training and or fasting 16+ hours a day. For example lately I have been doing IF, Coffee in the morning, water throughout the day and eating in a 4 hour window when I come home. It is liberating but can there be muscle loss an issue if one is getting THEIR necessary macros? Also wondering about training in the morning after the coffee to enter the post absorbative state quicker to burn body fat. It's been mentioned not to train in that way cause hunger may creep up faster and make it hard to stick to the IF lifestyle.
