Hi there, Ive just started a new diet and started going to the gym- I was wondering please- I can't ever seem to find the macros for any fruit at all and for most vegetables in the supermarket- is that because it's really dependent on the weight of item because an apple is an apple everywhere really so you can calculate it somehow for any apple?
