So i have been trying to lean bulk which i failed pretty hard and now i'm trying the rolling averages out. i'm pretty new to using the weekly rolling averages and wonder if you think my current averages/calorie level looks good. On the right side you can see the calories/day i'm currently at and what date i started that calorie level. I started at 3250 then lowered it to 3050 etc and now i'm currently at 2900cal/day and i have been at that for 22days. So it seems like i have been at 168cal/day for those 22 days if i'm doing the calculations right?
76,31 - 75,83 = 0,48kg
0,48kg = 3703,7 Calories
3703,7 / 22 = 168CalsDay.
