I have a question regarding IF. This particular question I can't find an answer to. My eating window is 12-8.. let's say I get off work at 7. Workout until about 8 or 8:30. Is it ok to take my daily supplement stack intra workout or after even though I'll be out of my window?or should I take it all before?i don't want to hinder the effects of my stack.
