I crave fish. What's up with that?

After a good work out, I crave fish.

It's not a habit that I crave because I'm craving protein.

I specifically crave fish in these instances.

I eat nearly all whole foods.
I'm fairly attuned to my cravings; trust me that it's a fish craving.

The only thing I could find was that it contains iodine, which is used by the thyroid.
Maybe my body is trying to make T3? (or T4, I forget which is which)

I take Levothoroxene; presumably.my body doesn't make it any more, but I guess it could crave the ingredients.
My blood level doesn't vary with activity, I think I read that. I think maybe it does for normal folk? Perhaps the workout is using it up and wants more? Today I walked and ran 1.5-2 miles, then did a whole body workout, All Pro, 3 sets each item. I'm in my mid-50's

I also noticed that I've been using kosher salt, and I've been off eggs for a while....so I wonder if I'm under-iodined any way? Am not sure it matters much without a functioningal thyroid? In any case, I just started using regular salt again (I make 70-90 percent of my food at home).

Any way, JC... What's up with the fish craving? !! ?

I actually backed off my workout a bit today at the end of it, I could feel the craving just starting to build, the tail beginning of it.
