hello there,
I try to gain weight since 2 years. (177cm 58kg) I had an ED in the past and I eat mostly vegan. Some diary if I cant eat anything else.
In june I started to lift weights, and I know I should eat more (average calories are 1800). I even lost weight..
But how can I eat enough? I cant make shakes (my blender broke) and I dont want to eat meat or eggs, or unhealthy things like cakes.
Some advice how I can get to 2400 calories?
