How do you read Nutrition labels?

I'm confused. In reference to this image: imgur.com/a/l8rok10
Does the "Total Fat" mean the total amount of fat for the whole container, regardless of the number of servings, Is it also the same with "Total Carbohydrates"? As for "Protein", Since there's no "Total" indicated on it, I assume it's the total amount per serving, which is 15 servings, so 12g of Protein x 15 servings would be 180 grams of Total protein? Also, for the lower portion (Vitamins%), Are they also per serving? For example: Would 1 serving have 30% of the total required Vitamin A? If I take 3 servings, Am I taking a total of 90% of my daily Vitamin A?
