I am 26 years old. I am 5ft.10 and I weigh 13st.7lbs and am roughly about 20-22% body fat I would say. I have been training for 1 and a half years, 4 times a week.
In the last 6 months I have put on too much weight, from eating to much sugar sweets. so getting my proper diet back on the go.
My goal is to start losing fat now. I want to make sure i have enough strength at 5pm for gym as well and gain more muscle.
I had a knee operation 3 months ago. So cardio wise i am restricted light swimming,rowing,bike machine,stepper machine, fast walking on treadmill.
I work all day in the office sat down.My BMR is 1850 according do TDEE calculator.
Any constructive advise on my super cheap food plan and whatever would be greatly appreciated. I understand about protein needing to maintain being really high. So really looking for advice on maybe carb and fat amount and timing and why?
BTW... i don't like eggs or tuna, and oats give me a bad gut.
