Hi everyone
I started my journey in the beginning of the year where my coworkers challenged me to bring home lunch. Then around July I started to incorporate IF, Keto and portion control. I started off with 1400 calories/day and all I can remember was my carb intake being 22g/day. I also worked out 3x a week. Around the beginning of October I started to increase my caloric intake because I felt like my weight was too low. I initially started at 190lbs and came in at 148lbs. I am currently up to about 2400calories per day and my macro intake is 213g carbs, 175g protein and 95g fat and I currently weight 155lbs Now my question is should I continue to bulk or go back to cutting weight.
Please advise if my macro intakes/calories are appropriate if you suggest to bulk.
