I do one really heavy full body session for about 3-4 hours, everything hurts for days afterward. So many exercises, to exhaustion where I can hardly bend or lift my arms or walk home, back hurts, abs hurt, arm hurts, legs hurt, great.
During following days I eat as much as possible to help recovery (2500-2800 Calories, 160g-200g protein).
I'm curious why I couldn't just put the cut into the last 2 days. 5 days eating very big, big, big, medium big, medium - and then why not small, small? Most of my gains are made by then. I could lose the fat gained just prior.
Why does bulking have to last months? Any reason?
