I was told by a buddy of mine that I was cutting to many calories For the past 3 weeks I’ve been eating 1650 calories starting weight was 172 I’m down to 168 first week I lost 2 pounds second week 2 pounds 3 rd week I didn’t lose a thing I’m 5”4 168lbs 29 and I workout 6 days a week on top of having a lightly active job should I add more calories
