What to eat on contest day

Hello,

I'm preparing for my first competition on July 6th(June 21st today). I'm a little behind so I do not think I'll be bending/loading carb but I think I will be bending/loading water and sodium. I'll probly have 30g carb everyday on my peak week. My main source of carb is rice cake. My show start at 5PM and I'll wake up around 12 PM. What should I eat on my contest day?
