Nutrition Help: Show prep

Hey everyone,
I'm currently just under 3 weeks out from my first physique show and I'm looking for some assistance.
Ive tracked macros for the past 9 weeks staying pretty consistent.
My height is 6'1, my starting weight during prep was 172 lbs.
Current weight is 158 in the morning, approximately 164 at night.
My question is, at about 6 weeks out I looked my best, and can't seem to get to that level again. I'm feeling depleted, and not quite as sharp and wondering if I need to rest from training, or adjust water/macro intake.
Training 6x/week cardio 3x/week, water intake is 1.5-2 gallons/day.
Any help would be appreciated as far as diet and training goes!
Current macros are 170p 180-200c 53f, thanks!
