Is my diet reducing T levels?

Hello there,

Internet has once again brought me some concern when it comes to my diet. More specifically, around testosterone.

Foods like white rice, milk, dark chocolate, cheese and soy apparently reduce testosterone or stops it from being used properly.

All of these foods are a part of my bulking diet... so should I actually be concerned? Or is this more marketing crap?
Maybe someone here eats similar foods and is fine?

I mean, I don't see what I could eat if it really affects testosterone, because fish is so expensive...
