Alright so as the title says, I hate veggies. I like very few like green beans, peas, cooked carrots, and some if they're fried, but obviously fried vegetables would be counter productive. I do like raw baby spinach though. Anyways, what I'm getting at, obviously I need to eat more of these things to get the best out of my diet (ive basically cut out all carbs when I started my diet, no sugar, no breads, not even cheese or milk or anything). Basically what I'm looking for is a way to make my own type of Fruit/Veggie V8 where I can get all my fruits and veggies In one go and get it out of the way where I can just get past it and start forgetting about it one time a day. Anybody have a good recipe for this type of thing?
