How to Clean Bulk

Hey guys and gals, my name is Chris. I'm new to the gym world, so bear with me. I've been consistent with my workout plan, but I feel as if I am not eating enough protein and or calories (this doubt stems from using macro calculators). Macro calculators say that I need about 2,900 cals for someone my age and height and about 160 g of protein. I find it difficult to consume as much as 2000 calories and 100 g of protein (mind you, I am talking about clean food and no junk food or highly processed stuff). So how do I do I consume more?

p.s. I think I just need to up my calorie intake a little bit each week so that my body has time to adjust, any feedback?
