So apparently you have to take whey protein in the morning on the empty stomach, 1 hour before the training and straight after training. And it's on training day. You also need it on a not training day but only once.
The jar of protein is like around 40 bucks and to prepare 1 shake it goes like 1/20 of the entire thing!
So if I train 4 times a week I will need to buy a new jar of protein every week at best? Or did I misunderstand the whole concept?
