What's up dudes, recently started getting into body building but I wanted to cut some weight before bulking up. I recently used the macro calculator to give me direction how many calories I need to intake to include macros. Let me give you some info.
- My current calorie intake is 2500
-I hit the gym every day not to include Sunday
-Monday: Chest, shoulders, triceps
-Tuesday: Back and biceps
-Wednesday: Lower Body
-Repeat till Sunday
-I work a high physically demanding job (Active Duty Army + Combat MoS)
-Weight is 175 which I need 175g of Protein
Back to the main point. I just did my first day of trying to reach my 2500 calorie intake as clean as possible. However I've been feeling so full the whole day! I dont know how people eat this much in one day but my question is this; am I doing something wrong or is this natural? Please give me advice and let me know what you think about my plan, pointers and advice are highly encouraged. Thanks!
