Evening fellas. I'm 21 y/o, 175 cm and 63.5 kg with 15% bodyfat.
Been cutting for a little while and now i wanna start bulking.
The thing is this. Per 3-5 workout days my bulking calories should be around 2800. Now, i always hit legs once more per week (that being saturday).
Should i add an extra 200 calories per day? (3000kcal x6 workouts).
