bulking is bothering me

i've been trying to eat excess calories for the past month or so to "bulk."

i generally eat a clean diet - not for calorie count but for personal preference. lots of veggies, a good amount of fat, and protein on my "off days."

on lifting days, i stick to "cleaner" carbs such as bananas, rice, and oatmeal.

i'm trying to hit over 3000 calories in general but i don't count. i just eat more than i used to - generally adding a meal in between lunch and dinner OR adding more food to each meal.

i generally feed between 11am and 7pm and fast between then - basically the lean gains strategy.

my lifting routing is stronglifts 5x5. my upper body is lacking a bit, but my squats are at 225 and dead is at 255.

since i started eating more a month ago, my stomach has been bothering me more and i have constant gas. before i started bulking, i was eating generally the same foods so i don't think fiber is an issue.

i also feel like my stomach never empties out. i always feel full yet i force meals which i really don't like. i only like to eat when i'm hungry. it feels most comfortable.

i've gained 2-3 pounds on the scale since i started. i guess 2lb/month of muscle gain is reasonable.

should i keep this up regardless of the comfort level? should i be doing something different? it's not fun feeling like this but i'd like to see if the "gains are with me" or not.

i'm generally a "skinny fat" person but working on it!
