Hitting caloirc recomendation but not macros, will I still lose weight?

Hey,

I had a questions I am currently trying to lose weight. I am 5"6/7 171.6lbs 22y/o I am eating at a deficit of around 1500-1600 calories a day and just randomly looked at my nutrition section on MFP. I noticed I tend to hit my Fat recommendations for the day and sometimes go over but mostly don't hit my protein requirements and If I do, I go somewhat over. However in all these instances I am still in a caloric deficit. Doing cardio 3x a week burning 300 calories, trying to lose weight. But my weight still stays the same? I am hardly reaching my carbs for the day sually half of whats required.

If no one understands what I am trying to ask is:

1. Is it ok if I hit my fats and not my protein requirements on a cut? (I know I should be hitting both but just asking based on what I am observing)
2. If I am eating half my carb requirements am I in ketosis or am I doing Keto diet lol?
3. Why is my weight not dropping if I have been going to the gym doing cardio tracking my weight for 1 month? ( I know 1 month is not alot but I should of dropped atlest half a poiund in one month no ?

Thanks for any insights.

Kind Regards
Still leanring the macro game.
