Inbody Scan Help

I joined a challenge at my local nutrishop about 2 months ago now and the last weigh in is tomorrow......Ive been on a Keto diet for the past couple months ( getting off of it after this challenge is over)....Im wondering is there anything i can do tonight and in the morning before i go weigh in to give me the best numbers possible.... Ive done some research and people say drink alot of water and maybe eat carbs??? thanks!!
