Hello, reading the sticky post, i understood that i need to reach the minimum quote of pro in 0,8 per pounds and 0,4 of fat per pounds.
I am in a caloric deficit. eating actually 1600 calories and i am 152 pounds x 173cm. (i started at 162 pounds).
So i were doing something like 110 cho, 60 fat, 150 pro.
I started to read a book of a very well know bodybuilder ( dont know if i can mention him or the book). Anyway this book its considered very good by a lot of natural guru of the sport (like heric helms who helped to write it).
In this book the recommendetion while cutting are, 1.2 of pro for pounds. 1 of cho for pounds and 0.2 of fats por pounds.
that will be in my case, 152 cho, 182 pro, 30 fat.
Are not fat so low?
It would be good to make a do something like this and in a non-train day change the ratio in favor of fat? I know that things doesnt matter, but he wrote in the book that no matter for losing or taking weight, but matter in how ur body look in terms of bodycomp.
Thanks for helping me to understand
