Do you still benefit from beginner gains in a first bulk?

Starting as a beginner in October '18, been on an aggressive deficit since then. Definitely built a decent amount considering I have been on 1800 calories per day, but it's worn off in the last couple of months.

Can I still expect beginner gains on my incoming first clean bulk or has that ship sailed during my cutting period?
