Hi! Im 16 years old and i have been having a hard time putting on size. Ive been working out at the gym for a long time on and off. I often quit after a few months because I don’t see any big results. I think I eat enough since I have eggs for breakfast and multiple snacks a day. My mom cooks healthy foods as well so that’s good although I have never seen any big results. I weight in between 60-70kg and I’m 183cm. Anyway, I’m currently on vacation for 3 weeks and I don’t have access to a gym. I would love some body weight tips and maybe what I should eat since I eat more then all of my friends that are ripped. I would love some help!! A specially with my chest. Thx!!
