Hey guys I am currently clean bulking with no sugars or junk food, I am currently taking serious mass and my daily calorie intake is aprox 2975 and I weigh 71KG and I am 1,80CM Ive never properly cut before so my question was how many calories should be my daily intake to get rid of the remaining fat and keep as much muscle as possible? and if I should continue using the serious mass or not? Or If i should continue bulking or not? If you guys have any tips or any plans please help. :)
