Gaining weight with allergies

I am very food sensitive and would like suggestestions on what foods are best to gain muscle and a little fat because I have no fatty tissue at all. My face is boney and my elbows and knees are as well...

I'm allergic or sensitive to
(Gluten, soy, eggs, dairy, nuts, oranges, cherrys, celery, carrots, avacados)


Are there any vegetables that are really high in protein and calories?
