Take vitamins & supplements separately? recovering from concussion

hey guys, i'm trying to recover from a very bad concussion, it's been 7 days and symptoms are still strong as **** as day 1. i'm not able to do anything except very simple tasks slowly around my room and ready food, i'm incorporating vitamins and supplements to my recovery to see if it helps.

is it bad to take it all at the same time?

i'm doing

2 high potency multi's
omega 3 - 4000mg/day
d3 - 5000iu/day
magnesium - 600mg
vitamin c + vitamin e - 1000mg and 400mg
creatine - 20g/day
protein shakes - 3 times a day, 90g protein 9g creatine
vitamin b 100 complex - time release
vitamin b12 - 1200mg time release

will be adding melatonin 1.5g, it has 5-htp too.
will be adding curucumin 50mg
will be adding resevertrol


also drink a herbal tea with gingko and ginseng 3 times a day

please check my list, if there's anything I should know. i'm trying to recover from this terrible brain injury as best I can. or any recommendations for brain recovery, i would love.
