Hey im 16 years old with about 2 years of lifting behind me . For the last couple mounth ive been trying to do everything perfect like nutrition progressive overload ect ect ... but i have big issue , i have a lot of fat around my belly and lower back i have lean arms some muscle mass and i dont know what should i do ? Should i cut or lean bulk ? Should i try body reconposition ? Im worried that if i cut down my arms will shrink a alot an im going to look skinny .
