Hello ! I just wonder something. I eat around 0.8-1g of protein per lb of BW. Im trying to eat mostly "complete" animal proteins, but a lot of plant protein too. I know i should count every protein to my daily calorie intake, but should i count "incomplete" plant proteins to my daily protein intake ? I mean if i eat 140 grams of protein daily, it must be from just animal protein, or some can be from plant protein too ? Thanks
