Bulking advice for a teen

M, 16, 172cm/5'7'' Dropped from 175 to 125 and I want to start bulking

My appetite is crazy and I was thinking of doing Bear Mode (no junk food ofc, cut that long time ago)

Do you recommend Bear Mode or will I regret it and I should do a c*lean* bulk?

My main goals are:

- Filling out the gap above my hips. They arent big but they grew a bit in the past 2 years, probably because of me sitting on my ass 24/7 and eating like a trash bin
- Growing Neck/Traps/Shoulders for that frame
- Abs. I don't care if they are visible or not, I want them to be strong
