Hey so I’ve been trying what they call the warrior diet. Intermittent fasting for 20:4. In that four hour window I need to consume 180 grams of protein. Naturally I eat most of the food in the first two hours. And something light at the last hour. So, I read but can not confirm that the body only can process about 25-35 grams of protein an hour. I’m not sure if this is true. What I’m trying to figure out is information about how much protein the body can process an hour to confirm if I need to carefully spread these grams out over four hours or not. Thanks!
