So I’m new to gaining muscle.. just went on a cut for the first time and went from 212 to 187. I want to start gaining now
My maintenance calories were calculated at 2803.
I added a 300 surplus to it (I don’t know if that’s too much for a beginner)
I calculated my macros like this :
200g of protein
76g of fat
404g of carbs
Does this look off to someone? It’s just hard for me to fathom eating that many carbs when I was low carb while cutting
