Nutrition - Protein, Carbs and Fat

Hello dear readers!

I'm 17 years old, 52 kgs and obviously underweight.
Apparently, my daily calorie intake for maintaining current weight is approximately 2500 calories, which is why i want a 1000 calories surplus each day.
Sadly, I'm stuck on the amount of protein, carbs and fat i should consume each day, seeing as the recommended macro-intake is pretty low for someone my age and size.

Can you help? :D
