Hello,
One key aspect of my nutrition that has always been lacking is my breakfast. Like many people, I have zero appetite in the morning. I go to work after I work out and I'm generally quite groggy at work. I hardly ever have energy to do anything, which doesn't help my situation as my job is physical so when I get home, I'm quite knackered so I go straight to sleep and feel as though I have to wake up late to compensate for me being tired. I attribute this to my breakfast. It's by in large lacking (In respect to nutrition). I'm a tea person and feel as though this is contributing to it.
One key food I've always wanted to integrate into my breakfast but haven't, are Oats. I'm fully aware of their nutritional benefits and I am keen on taking advantage of them. However, I have on occasion tried them and I have genuine trouble consuming it. I sadly remember last time I tried to consume a bowl, I vomited them back out. Outside of oats, I've tried eating Weetabix which while I tend fair better with them, I quickly have difficulty with them as well. I am still keen on oats and after scouring the forum for a bit, I have landed on the idea of potentially blending with whole milk (I don't drink other variants) and tossing in a few extra stuff for variety and added benefits. This also helps with convenience as well. I also wish to replace my tea with Green Tea.
A key reason why I chose Green Tea is because I am a male with long hair and have noticed excessive shedding as of late. After reading an article about Green Tea blocking DHT (If thats what it is called), I tried it and I noticed a difference but I stopped after a few days after my supply ran out and I didn't bother restocking.
Many Thanks,
