The thing is.
Last time i had diet i would eat clean the entire day. But then before bed i would have some Greek yoghurt with fresh Strawberries/Mango or other fruit berries to satesfy my sweet tooth. Also usually added almonds/almond butter.
I have now gotten acsess to yoghurt made from Raw milk. The milk has not been pasturized or homogenized. So all the vitamins, minerals, enzymes and proteins are intact.
My pt say i should stay away from diary.
But issnt Raw milk suppose to be really healthy?
I read processed milk is like drinking sugar water because the carbs turn into low gi sugars?
But raw milk has more complex carbs?
Also fruits have good fibers, vitamins and such?
I thought yoghurt had casein which was good before bed?
