Tips For Dieting (Bulking/Cutting)

I've recently found out that there are some key tips, at least for me, that will help complete a diet consistently. Just thought I'd share it with everyone. Most of these tips might already be known by many people, but I thought I'd create this thread for those that don't. Feel free to leave any constructive criticism and things you'd like to share.

Tip #1:

Like a pro bodybuilder once said, taste can and will play a key part to your diet. If you lack at least decent taste with your food, you're going to find it hard to get your meals in on time and consistently. Point being, find ways to make your food taste good. It will help you out greatly.

Tip #2:

Timing is another key aspect of dieting, too close to one meal and you'll be too full. Too far from your next meal and you may feel a lack of energy. Find the times that work best for you, and eat at those times. Whatever times work best for getting your food in, use them.

Tip 3#:

Experimentation can also be a crucial part of dieting as a whole. Experiment with different foods and find which one fits best for you. This, ultimately, will lead to an overall more consistent diet if done correctly.

Tip 4#

Try out calorie dense foods. If you simply lack the stomach space and appetite to finish an extremely large meal, you might give calorie dense foods a shot. If you pick the right foods, you can balance healthy eating while also intaking food that is extremely dense in the macros you need for growth!

Tips 5#

This tip leans more towards requirements for a diet for progress. Make sure to get a good idea of how much your body should be taking in so that you can be sure to eat the amount required everyday. This can make or break your progress, so be sure to stay on top of it!

Tip 6#

Keep trying. Even when you are unsure of what to do, keep trying. Eventually, you will get a good idea on exactly what you need to do in order complete your diet.

Might be some other tips deeply rooted somewhere in my noggin, I'll have to think. If you have any questions or suggestions, please let me know!!

Stay strong and keep fighting 💪💪
