First of all yes I know this is what a proper regimen looks like: meal 1: 6 ****ing egg whites, some greek yoghurt. meal 2 maybe a protein bar meal 3: steamed chicken breast and broccoli meal 4: more greek yoghurt meal 5: tuna salad on whole grain rye meal 6: cottage cheese with some fruits, meal 7: lean hamburger on low-carb bread with kale meal 8: rice and chicken breast. meal 9: while you get up to take a quick leak, make a quick Chicken Alfredo with 8 ounces of chicken, high-protein fettucini, and low-fat cheese, meal 9: get up at 3:45 for some nice cashew milk. 4:45 - get up again just for some quick steamed fish. Between 4:45 and 7:30 you are allowed to sleep uninterrupted.
whew that is ****ing exhausting. (exaggerating slightly).
I'm not a big bodybuilder or anything. Can't I just swig 75 grams of protein powder before I got to bed (before I brush my teeth) and do the same thing after I wake up before I brush my teeth?
seems like for a beginner that would be enough to add in any missing protein I didn't get throughout the day.
then just eat normally.
thoughts?
