Im new to this. I haven't worked out in years and i never really took any supplements when i was working out. I just recently got back into the game. I started taking ON Micronised Creatine Monohydrate yesterday. I work 4 days than i have 4 days off. This is my work scheduled always. So my question is taking creatine 4 days on and 4 days off, how would it effect my progress? I read you can take creatine when you dont workout but i dont see the point in doing so.
