Currently weighing 193 lbs. I am 5' 11" and 29 years old, male.
Every other day I do some sort of outside activity; soccer, basketball or football. For example: today, I went to the basketball court for 40 minutes and incorporated HIIT. I sat at the free throw line and if I made it, great, shot again. If I missed, I did a half court suicide. Now, I am not good at basketball so I pretty much ran every other shot haha.
My question is, would it be a bad idea to have a fruit smoothie following one of my outside activities like today??
The only "fruit" I have every day is in my protein shake after the gym, along with peanut butter.
